A Single Flower

That which is made of the whole cosmos is an ikon of the living Spirit.

A story is told of the Buddha in which he preached a silent sermon, only holding a single flower before his students. Only one of his disciples, Mahākāśyapa, responds wtih a smile. The Buddha responds with these words:
